No specific clues without the name of the program in question. If it's a commercial program, go to the website of the manufacturer, click on Support, and ask for help.
Carl -----Original Message----- From: Windows Home/SOHO [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jim Dykes Sent: Tuesday, August 01, 2006 3:11 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Install Problem I'm trying to install a program that says "Download And Install FlashPlayer7" and run the install program again. The message also indicates it is looking for it on the install CD. I downloaded FlashPlayer9 (the current version) and received the message that it was successfully installed, yet I get the same error. I wouldn't think that it requires specifically FP7 (the program I want to install is a year or so old......QB5). I'm sure I had it installed before the "Crash of 2006". Any suggestions?
