Did you look to see if "Save as" supports a Word 2000 format choice?

"Word 97-2002 & 6.0/95 - RTF" is not a native .doc format. Likely even more
features of the document would be lost or changed when saving to RTF doc
format.

That person who created the documents using Word 2003 should save them
in Word 2000 format.

Afternoon all,

Here in my office we have a mixture of Office 200 and Office 2003
installations. Generally they can al open and read/write the same
documents without issue.

However, today our marketing lady told me that she has created some new
documents in Word 2003 that use an imbedded image as a letterhead. When
this document is opened in Word 2000 the images are not displayed, nor
does it give any indication there should be an image present.

Is this a known issue or are we doing something daft?

Rob
