Most E-mail programs, even Outlook Express, can handle multiple E-mail addresses/accounts from just one running instance of the program.
The trick seems to be opening completely separate instances of the mail program simultaneously. One for this address, one for that address, and completely separate storage. Both OE and Outlook can do the separate storage (different identities/profiles) but won't run two separate instances of the mail program at the same time. I'm guessing that OP wants the completely separate instances running at the same time. But if you're trying to handle multiple email address with your email program, check Pegasus (www.pmail.com).
