I didn't understand this answer until I saw your screen shot (off list).
That is an Icon in your Browser Address bar,
(where the current site you are viewing is "listed").
In my Browser (MSIE6) , I get the Internet Explorer Icon there,
so that is likely why none of us have seen what you see...
What browser are you using?
