I had a feeling they were being a little self centered on that one, but I

The plain fact is that Microsoft writes their web pages for IE and
doesn't particularly care how they look in any other browser.
Cross-browser functionality just is *not* on their radar. You may have
to revert to IE to see their pages properly.
