No problems Jim but really there is no need to try it... It is better then 2000
and a lot easier in places.  All 2000 templates will work as will 95% of the
macros.  You might need a new macro for WinFAX if you are using it and Adobe
Acrobat plug-in is a bit iffy on the tool bar icons  WinFAX wants it's own place
on the Icon bar next to the Save icon and the Acrobat icons have their own tool
bar that need to be told to sit on the end of an existing one.

Quite safe to update 2K to 2K3
