If you are a Digest Subscriber to this list, the Digest is configured to send
itself after 1000 lines of messages or more have been posted to the list. On
a busy day with lots of activity (and lots of over-quoting) there may be 2 or
even 3 digests sent out when the number of messages has accumulated to
adequate size. The 'Special issue' digest marks one of these digests sent
early. This is normal for this list.
