It is in the deep recesses of my memory since I now use Kaspersky; however, I
think
you will find something in the settings and/or a right click on the balloon
when it
appears. It annoyed me when it appeared, much the Windows balloon "help"
suggestions, which can be turned off with a registry change. HTH
