a friend (same one as before with the bookmark problem) had mail
problems. Tech support told him to delete his email accounts. Now he
lost all his mail and it's not in the recycle bin. I'm thinking
netscape is like Outlook and deleting the account does not delete the
files - it just removes the account info, correct?
If so, where do i tell him to look and for what file?
(i'll be glad when billg takes over the world and everyone uses OE or
OL - it makes support easier. <g> Or maybe need to lower my firewall
settings so i can use remote assistance and browse his drive.)
