Subject: FAT vs RAW

When I opened the message, I found that Carl Houseman had written:

> If you can't beg, borrow, or steal a "real" Windows Setup CD* (doesn't

> Console), you can use the following:

In attempting to make these diskets by downloading "over" the existing
diskettes, one of which is corrupted, I get an error saying the diskette

Then when I attempt to FORMAT the diskette, it won't format.

Thanks,

Jim
