I've created a spreadsheet to track hours and budget items for architectural 
projects.  The various projects are organized as rows and updated each month.  
The projects last from a few months to over a year and when a project is 
finished I hide it's rows but I would like to keep it in the spreadsheet for at 
least a year.  However I would like the data to no longer be included in the 
column sums.  Is there a simple way to keep hidden data from contributing to 
the sums when I hide it?
