Perhaps I should clarify. I did not run or install the program. I just
scanned it in raw form immediately after download. It probably, as Dian
suggests, not serious but I just added my findings to broaden the scope of
the conversation.

So did AVG Pro, and a-Squared.
What do you expect when it finds passwords? Like a hammer it can be used
for good [building a house] or evil [clubbing the neighbor over the head].
An AV app can't tell if you're using the tool or some one else is about
all an AV app can do is tell you there is a hammer on your system. All pwd
retrieving tools should raise the eye brows of AV apps as that's the
nature of the beast. When I installed RockXp on my system I turned the AV
off 1st.
Yesteday a gal couldn't remember her admin acct pwd & she was using a
power user acct so I bumped that acct up to an admin using my XpPe disk
then I created a new power user acct for her but I could've used the XpPe
disk to steal all her financial info. It depends who is using the tool &
for what.
