I ran through that link quickly, way too fast...
I think they just can't "get it right" as opposed to giving up.
It is a "sensationalized" title.
Below it says "Surrenders", "yea, right", maybe with their last dying
breath and with that last buck being ripped from their cold dead hands
by that last lawyer... <grin> Believe it or not (after that statement) I
have friends that are Lawyers...)
Everytime you go ANYwhere, somebody can (and might) track that...
Just because it may not "look" like they are out to get you doesn't mean
that they aren't, (or that they are not hidding in the shadows collecting the
"facts" to come get you later...)
Following this idea to the absurd, we should "say" it is OK shooting people
with guns, because lots of people do it... Gee, even the VP "got away"
with that one... <grin>

The MPAA Surrenders in War Against Piracy
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,2019308,00.asp
IMHO could the MPAA (The Movie Police) finally, yes FINALLY be seeing the light
in their futile attempts to stop piracy of licensed videos? Since GUBA now has
archived
videos of Star Trek and other shows their argument against piracy can be
finally rendered
absurd.
