Are you running as a user or as an admin? We have lots of problems with teachers running as users trying to use Palms. I don't do the installs, so I can't give you any assistance, but if you will contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (if ya'll are running as users), I'll get the info forwarded to you from out installer.
