Didn't they already hit their theoretical limits years ago?
DSL "is" the improved version of dial-up, but DSL
reminds be about the time RCA tried to get people to
play movies (VIDEO) using a needle and phono record.
I saw one once in the 80's or so, but told the people to
dump it as I considered laser disks a better road to go down...
DSL is too flaky in the same way, using old infrastructure
pushed to the limits... JMHO...
