Partly RANT, partly helpful...
(Using your link, which was either "marked used" or timed out...)
The GetRight report I got back was the following:
HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily, Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0,
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET, X-AspNet-Version: 2.0.50727,
Location: http://onlinekey.ltg.info/ESDWebService/ErrorPages/MSO12BNoAuth.html
I got a "different file" very easily, (and free).
office2007b2tr-kb000000-fullfile-en-us.exe
so I don't use the pages you are... I got the filename from the GetRight history
logs, so I know GR works at MS...

You were sent to a third party vendor. It works different there...

I'm not sure what the default settings are in GetRight, and it might do
all this "out of the box". It is likely "too much" program for you now,
so I am glad they have the free trial...
If you buy a file, GetRight will likely get it "right away", but it will
not likely support a delayed download. THAT fails for other DRM
and payment "reasons"... I have also mentioned in a different part of this
thread that GetRight will sometimes send a referer that the site does not like
and GetRight needs to be adjusted accordingly... I remember typing in the
exact setting I used when I was turned down with this error by MS...
(But that was in the Browser, not from an e-mail link...)
clipped --- is this the first time a D/L has failed, or is this
something that is more or less common with your specific type of connection.
You have mentioned being "out in the sticks" with Satellite...
If this is a constant problem, I'm glad you got a D/L manager, but now
you need to learn how to use it... (Or set it up...) GetRight has forums for
that
where there are people that are experts at explaining that to "new" people...
As far as the OFFLIST MD5 question, if I have not explainded it enough
by now, it is likely saying it several more different ways will not help,
<grin>...
