I have a Linksys WAP54G that is connected to the OPT/DMZ port of our
SonicWall TZ170. It has worked fine in the past, but today it is not.
When I connect it to a regular LAN port on the TZ170, it functions fine.
When I connect it to the OPT/DMZ port, it does not seem to connect.
I have a computer that can access the WAP54G and communicate with it
wirelessly. It can send packets, but none are sent back, when the WAP54G
is connected to the DMZ.
If I hook the WAP54G to a LAN port, and connect wirelessly with the same
computer, packets are sent and received.
If I hook the computer to the DMZ with a wire, it functions normally.
What could be blocking the WAP54G from the DMZ?
