John, have you tried copying with Acrobat Reader? I don't have it on my present
system so I can't test, but I thought Reader did allow for copy/paste, provided
the
original PDF document permits it. However, the original could be locked down,
much
like the camera manual another member was asking about a few days ago OR the
original could be an image file which would need to be OCRd to convert the
image to
