It's real shocking how HP makes lots money in replacement inkjet carts
even if you think you're getting a real deal on the cheaper
normal capacity third party carts of which HP is taking you all the way to the
bank.
I have a HP PhotoSmart 8050 and I brought a single set
of 8050 print carts photo (99) and black (95) for $39.99.
Personally I wouldn't recommend smarttoner cartridges for HP laser printers
becuase from experience they tend to fail sometimes prematurely even when they
are 3/4 empty and have a shorter print life than the OEM HP carts. Some of the
carts are just rebuilt HP, cannon or Leximark carts with the smarttoner name
slapped on them and rebranded as such.
Talk about expensive HP is taking me to the bank.
