Client has a Netgear GS724T (version 1.0) 24 port gigabit switch, that I am unable to upgrade the firmware on, any time I try it push an upgraded firmware to the unit, it says firmware upgrade completed and in the SmartDiscovery Wizard it shows "illegal firmware". I tried using both the SmartDiscovery wizard that shipped with the unit which currently has firmware V1.0.0_0429 and also the 2.05.03 version of SDW from the netgear site. I've tried all the available firmware updates from the site with the same result. Anyone else had this experience and worked around it?
