TW must be having many problems with the conversion of Comcast.net
customers. I have been trying since Sunday to make the
conversion. Their telephone support has been jammed since then.
The site first tells me to update MSIE to V5 or higher. I have 6.0.2 running.
When I change to the Timewarner general activation site and click on
the Comcast option I am told I need to accept security
dialogues. What does that mean, and what and how do I select these dialogues?
