XP, in the wireless-connection-properties, offers me WPA and WPA-PSK.

My wireless router, a Linksys WRT54G, offers me WPA Personal, WPA2 Personal, WPA Enterprise, and WPA2 Enterprise.

Which of those will connect with one another?

WPA-PSK and WPA Personal will work. WPA and WPA Enterprise authenticate through a server. WPA2 has a much stronger encryption.
