I have a client that was using the free version of Plaxo with Outlook 2003 in
standalone mode (pop3 accounts). Since upgrading them to Exchange 2003 and setting up a new domain login for the user, plaxo no longer works. Note under her previous non-domain login, she had admin rights, under the domain login, she only has regular user rights, I tried power user rights, but it made no difference. I did a bit of googling but didn't find anything, also went to the plaxo site and looked around for info on using it in an Exchange environment. I'm guessing it's probably similar to switching pda's from a standalone outlook environment to an Exchange one where the software has to be exchange aware.... I'll be sending an email to Plaxo support in the morning. In the meantime, if anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. -- Harondel J.
