I have read here on this list that one should NOT dabble in the registry, but
here is what I have. I own a Fugi digital camera, tried to upload pictures to
my P.C. and the software would not start. I uninstalled it and before I
reinstalled it (and I always do this when uninstalling and then reinstalling
software) ran a "regedit" scan for the term 'Fugi". To my utter surprise I ran
across '2' folders full of websites and from reading the names quite a lot seem
to be porn sites of various sorts, .com's, .net's, .ru's, .org's and .uk's..
They don't appear to all be porn, there is msn1.org & net, mortgage-debt.net,
arizonaweb.org, etc. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of these
websites.I must say that I am clueless as to where these came from. My question
is can I delete the entire folders from the regedit search or do I have to
delete them individually or is this an indicator that I need to debug and
reformat. I am running XP Home/SP2 and my antivirus/antispyware is Panda. The
hour glass part of my curser sporadically goes on and off like something is
running in the background. I have noticed that my system has been extremely
slow lately and am wondering if this may be why? The folders seem to be
identical and one is located in each of the following respectively:

1) HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Internet
Settings>Zone Map> Domains
2)HKEY_USERS>S-1-5-21-2885428501-3477723857-56604596-1005>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current
 Version>Internet Settings>Zone Map>Domains

Many thanks
