Only If you subscribe to either MSDN like I do or to Microsoft Technet
you'll get a free copy because I have gotten RTM copies of Windows 98, ME
and XP when I subscribed to MSDN back when I was testing Windows 98.
With each new release of the beta you get the latest updates and of course
after the final candidate you get the RTM as well when it arrives.

FYI:
Microsoft reps posted in the beta tester newsgroups earlier today
that Vista has been released to manufacturing.
I hope us beta testers get a free copy.
