This line in the output is looks like the error that stopped things from working.
[ERROR] MAKE failed: Bad file descriptor I have no idea why it happened though. Generally, you shouldn't need to reboot after module installation unless you're updating CPAN or things that CPAN requires. (Windows can't delete the older versions of files that are in use, so it "schedules them for deletion" on the next reboot.) -- David
