Core modules that were upgraded after the decision to stop accepting
changes for the 5.10.1 release of perl are included, and up-to-date
support modules for Strawberry are included, as well.
I finally got File::Path 2.08 out the door, which handles
rmtree('//server/folder/foo') correctly (so did 2.07_03, but hey).
It would be nice to get that in the final release.
