Our knowledge base is indeed available from our website. It
is available from our support site at:
http://www.netraverse.com/support/win4lin/index.php
On the left-hand side are 2 menus. The top menu is the support
menu. The knowledge base can be accessed from the 'FAQ' option
(a list of all FAQs), or the 'Search' option (to search our FAQs).
In order to contact support, just use the 'Ask Questions' option.
