Bob,

If you replied to the upgrade email, that response went to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] There is an autoresponse set on this mailbox
which directs you to use our Personal Support Center at 
http://www.netraverse.com/frame_index.php?screen=people . In this
approach, you need to click the Ask Us button at the bottom of the page
to submit your request. 

If you sent email directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED], the automated
response you got back gives you an incident number and a link directly
to your request and allows you to update your ticket. In this approach,
you update your request by using the Save button at the bottom of the
screen.

Without knowing the exact url you are having problems with, I won't
speculate any more. If you're still having problems, let me know which
specific form and url it was and we'll check it out.

As for the license.txt attachment, you can copy and paste the license
information from the body of the email into a file named license.txt and
place it in /var/win4lin/install.
