No I've been sent a licence for HIS copy - ie MY 2nd! with MY details in
it.

not e-mail) because the BargainAmerica form allowed one to specify

well yeah, do _I_ have to re-apply or will it be acceptable for HIM to
(since I reckon you SHOULD have his details, or at least enough to
verify, on file already as the named recipient at time of purchase)
