I was a user on win4lin a while back, but lost it all in a disk fail - so I
waited for the free update before reinstalling (thanks guys)

Okay, so I got an upgrade disk of win4lin 2 a couple of weeks back from
everythinglinux in australia. It was just a disk, not much info with it. I've
been putting off the install since it's mdk 7.2 and I knew the kernel was a
bit of a hack...

Okay, so I've done the kernal, it's fine. I've installed the win4lin rpm
fine. I've installed the windows 95 cd...

Now I've come to install the personal windows and I get the

Error 50: Win4Lin is not licensed on this system.

when I do win &

And I know I'm behind a little and I know I saw some stuff on the list a
loooong time ago. But I can't seem to find any info on how I go about this on
the disk and I don't see anything on the web site. Maybe I'm missing
something... Indeed it seems weird as I have a win4lin 2 CD and it's not a
download version or anything...

So where exactly do I go now. It's late and maybe I'm missing something
stoopid :-)

Oh, and I'm using the same win 95 that worked fine with win4lin 1.

thanks all

tim
