Installing from the CDROM is very slow, in fact it takes about 30 minutes to
install something that normally takes only 1 or 2 minutes. Anything I can
try to speed this up?

RedHat 7.0 w/ 2.2.18 kernel
CDROM automounting disabled
Win4Lin 2.01
