[Win4Lin-users] Win3.1 --> Win98 upgrade path

Another request for W4L 3.0: Microsoft allows an upgrade from
Windows 3.1 directly to Windows 98 from the Win98 upgrade CD,
using the Win3.1 CD for validation.   I hope that also works
with the Win4Lin 3.0 installation.
