AFAIK, Cisco uses an MS-compatible pptp server and IPSEC. Linux clients
exist for both.
Check out poptop (http://poptop.moretonbay.com) and freeswan
(http://www.freeswan.org). Scott Ananian at MIT also has a pptp client,
but the URL escapes me at the moment.
