Help!!!
I have a Palm IIIx and until about two months ago, I had been able to sync
under W4L2.0 without problem. And then it happened: I upgraded my Palm OS
to 3.5. It hasn't worked since. I have tried completely uninstalling Palm
OS and returning to the version I received with the device (3.01). I have
even deleted all references to the Palm from the Winblows registry. All to
no avail. What happens is that when I attempt to sync, it can't find the
user. That is, instead of "user: Brian Ampolsk", the Hotsync manager
displays only "user:" until it finally times out ( or I cancel it in
frustration). I'm using Easysync 3.0 (for Lotus Notes).
Anyone with any ideas, plllllleeeeeeeezzzzzzz? This problem forces me to
actually boot Windows once a day at a time when I'd really like to delete
the original windows partition and reallocate it to Linux. I'm running
Linux-Mandrake 7.2.
