[Win4Lin-users] Full Install CD required?

Am I correct?  Will version 3 require the full install cd for Windows98 and not the upgrade cd?  Previous versions would use the upgrade cd to install windows. Has this changed?  In the software requirements section for Win4lin ver.3 it states only the full install cd.  Please clarify.   MCP
