I have been using win4lin on reiserfs since version 1.0 (never did
get around to upgrading to 2.0 :). Of couse, it required a hack to
reiserfs, but I believe win4lin was fixed in version 2.0 to allow
it to work with reiserfs (without hacking).
Don't know about XFS.
