I realize this is a big question and there are other upgrade related
questions that have arisen.
I will try to gather a more definitive upgrade FAQ to post that incorporates
all upgrade scenarios. At this hour on a Friday night, I'm not willing to
commit to anything in addition to what I put in my post. Look for a better
answer the at some point next week. I'll try to have all scenarios covered
and conveyed by then.
