Ok,
Installed MYOB accounting, Office 2000 Premium, ACT4.0 and my Vivitar digital
camera software. Everything went fine with a small extended pause on the
Office install. Added "files=255" to the personal config.sys which seems to
have fixed the pausing.
Com port works well with the camera, lp is great. What can I say... it looks
good, but then again give it some time and we'll get the goods.
config is
RedHat 7.1
fresh 2.4.5 kernel source (2.4.4 patch)
1GHz PIII eb
0.5Gb RAM
Win4Lin (settings)
64Mb
Com2 enabled
lp connected (by default)
sound working (by default)
