I apologize I left this one unanswered, I fell behind a few days  on the user's
list and am working backwards.

For this upgrade there is no reason to go the place you bought v2. You can 
receive
your update via the method I posted yesterday, directly from NeTraverse, 
regardless
of where you purchased your previous Win4Lin version.

Hope this isn't too late to provide clarification.
