[Win4Lin-users] Vnet + PACKET_MMAP + IF aliases

After having no luck with vnet, I scoured the lists, and found that the
above combination of things does not currently work.

I'm going to attempt to switch to winsock, but would love to hear if
there's been an update to this yet....
