I have the aic7xxx built into my kernel (not a module) and have no problems.
My systems runs from this adapter and modularizing it isn't an option for me.
I am running kernel 2.4.5 with the Win4Lin kernel 2.4.4 patch. I am not
using a prebuilt kernel from NeTraverse.
No ideas, but perhaps some notes to compare.
