I'm having a problem getting v3 installed. I'm a registered v2 user, and now have my v3 license number. However, everytime I run the v3 installer, it segfaults - I choose "Upgrade", and either "Check for new version", ot "Skip and proceed to installation". Either option causes a segfault. Tech Support suggested totally removing v2, and trying again, which unfortunately had no effect. I have tried re-downloading the installer, in case I had a corrupt version, but that made no difference, either. Currently I'm running v2 on Mandrake 7.2, kernel 2.2.18 (it won't start on any kernel higher than 2.2.18, even tho I've installed the kernel patches for later kernels; it complains about not being able to load Mmerge.o). Ideally, I'd like to run v3 on kernel 2.4.3, but since I can't download v3, I'm a bit stuck at the moment. :-) While I wait to hear back from Tech Support, does anyone have any ideas?
