Hi!
I have problem with the Win4Lin 3.0 & pre-compiled SuSE 7.1 kernel.
When I boot my system with the Win4Lin enabled kernel, system report
lacking of apm module as well as ppp and therefore I cannot connect to
my ISP.
I have also tried to patch my SuSE kernel.
First I did make cloneconfig to get the same config file as original
SuSE 7.1 2.4.x kernel and when trying to apply patch from Netraverse's
site, I am getting following error:
patching file mm/vmscan.c
patching unexpectedly ends in middle of line
patching unexpectedly ends in middle of line
and afterwards patching stops.
Anybody runs succesfully WiIn4Lin 3.0 with Netraverse pre-compiled
kernel i.e. to have ppp module properly loaded (as well as apm)
OR have been patched SuSE 7.1 2.4.0 kernel?
