Hello.
I am trying to install Win4Lin on a SuSE 7.1 system
with a stock SuSE Linux 7.1 2.4.2-4GB kernel.
1. I execute win4lin-install
2. [Win4Lin Installer] window comes up:
State of System Checked...
No Win4Lin installation present.
Preparing to install Win4Lin.
x Check online for new version of the installer
x Skip check, proceed with installation
[Next] [Cancel]
3. I select either "Check online" or "Skip check", and click on [Next].
4. A small windows labelled
[Win4Lin Installer <2>]
comes up.
5. A few seconds later the screen clears,
leaving only the text message
Segmentation fault
Any suggestions?
