Don't forget Microsoft GoSlow.. er I mean FindFast :> That should always be
removed after an installation of Office!

You can pretty much remove everything from your start up. It doesn't remove
the app, just stops it
from loading at boot time and taking up resources. The first items I take
out of startup are
Microsoft Office Shortcut bar, ScanRegistry, RealTray and Scheduling Agent.
