Sure. It's no different that masquarading from any other machine on the
network. Just set up linux to do masquarading and forwading (assuming
ipchains; haven't looked at iptables yet):
ipchains -P forward deny
ipchains -A forward -s yournet/mask -i <ethdevice> -j MASQ
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
