In is not appropriate to run "dosinstall" in this situation.
That command is now only for installing MS-DOS 6 or 7 from
MS-DOS installation floppies.
The install DOS from a Windows CD is an obsolete option.
You need to get Windows installed, not DOS. (When Windows
is installed, it automatically installs the DOS that Windows
needs.)
