The simplest way to upgrade is the to run win4lin-install as root. Let
the installer go online and check for updates. It will first get a new version
of the installer, and then it will check and retrieve the latest win4lin rpm.

If you have the rpm, you need to rpm -e Win4Lin, and then
rpm -i New-Win4Lin-rpm-name.rpm.

Note, you do not have to change any of your Win98SE settings, or
reinstall windows. The Win4Lin rpm is it.
