I run Win4Lin 3.0.5 under RedHat 7.1. I recently installed a set of Mayan Hieroglyphic fonts. Or, tried to. Here is the scenario: 1. If I boot native Windows 98-2, in the fonts drop down menu, there is an item reading "install new fonts". Moreover, after installing the fonts using this menu item, they are totally available throughout my application suite. 2. Under Win4Lin 3.0.5, using the same Windows 98-2, that font menu item doesn't appear. 3. If I copy the fonts to ../windows/fonts, then they appear in the fonts applet. However, they do not appear in other applications, e.g., MS Word. Any ideas, as I'd really like to be able to use these fonts in W4L and not have to boot Windows native.
